Nine Causes Sensitive Teeth

Some of us may ever feel the teeth sensitive. Tooth sensitivity is tooth pain or pain condition caused by exposure of the dentine layer (layer of tooth) or gums are shrinking (recession). Here are nine causes of sensitive teeth.

1. Mouthwash Uses Too Much

Using mouthwash can cause sensitive teeth. Because some mouthwashes contain acids that can make sensitive teeth that have been bad. Consult a physician about the use of this mouthwash.

2. Eat Food Acid

Food and beverages are rich too much acid can erode the protective enamel on your teeth, exposing the underlying dentin vulnerable. To help neutralize the acid, eat a piece of cheese or a glass of milk after eating.
